Eu commission urges joint immigration policy

In the competition for the coveted experts, the Commission relies on simplified procedures and green cards

The EU Commission wants to put the course in order to quickly open the treatments to an open immigration policy. For too long, Europe has also slept, because the knowledge that the shrinking and aging EU states urgently needed people needed to maintain their economic power in the long term and can secure their social systems, is not the latest date. It is also known that specialized workforce is needed in technology and science and the European countries with each other and with other states has already come into a competition for the coveted experts. The Commission therefore urges that a common immigration policy started and a GreenCard had to be introduced at European level.

In 15 years, the young generation up to 25 years is just once again a quarter of the population, while the number of 80-year-old will increase up to 9 percent. Not only computer experts will be missing in the next few years, the entire population in a working age is back in many countries. If there are to be secured in the EU’s standard of living, social security, economic, technical and scientific progress, or even, for example, the payment of pensions, at least a high mobility within the member states, but also long-term a massive immigration will be necessary. In order to keep the size of the working population constant, Italy had to fetch a half a million immigrants to the country for a year old 350000 and Germany. However, larger immigration streams were still necessary to keep the ratio of people retired to the working population constant.

European Police Congress their implementation in everyday police work. focus on information technologies and the best possible networking of databases. Data protection is mentioned once in the program, but advice is sought from the security industry and NATO. Federal Ministry of Interior wants to install facial recognition at numerous railway farms and airport

In the US, some bades like San Francisco have forbidden facial recognition. US Deputies want to at least limit their use to prevent developments as in China (in the USA there are more monitoring cameras relative to the population than in China). China is "Idol" also for the West, which concerns the use of appraisingly monitoring and persecution by facial recognition (Chinese robots with face recognition). This has, as Hong Kong shows, immediately affect the perception of fundamental burger rights and the stay in public space (demonstrators try to switch over monitoring).

Thanks to gravitational waves observed: traces of collision of two black punches

Astronomers have probably observed light for the first time, which was created as a result of a merger of two black punches. It was the first direct observation of the consequences of such a collision and another confirmation for young gravitational wave astronomy, such as the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). Because the event baptized on GW190521G was first with the detectors LIGO and VIRGO on 21. May 2019 observed, only later, the apparently associated light signals from Zwicky Transient Facility (ZTF) were discovered.

Traces of a tremendous collision

The scientific study was led by the Caltech astronomer Matthew Graham, which classes the discovery. So black punches are therefore particularly difficult to watch, because their immense gravity can not even escape light. Indirectly, however, they are quite exploring themselves, for example because they accelerate matter in their environment and heat that this lights up. Under the right requirements, the collision of two black punches could be observed directly, at least the theories.

To do this, two black punch had to merge, which are in the gigantic maternity by another, a lot of rough black hole. After the collision, they were changed the direction and then patient through the material gathered there, so Graham. That was then relatively short – days or weeks – after the collision light up and exactly that was now apparently observed. Because the ZTF instrument looked at the heaven region, from which the gravitational waves were not directly signals, but days later had been discovered with a time such light traces.

In comparison among the federal tags, Hamburg has the highest share of IT experts in Berlin and Hesse: here it is 4.2 percent and thus significantly more than on average. Berlin follows 3.5 percent before Hesse at 3.3 percent. Hamburg has compared to the previous year by 100 IT experts per 100.000 procured. Mecklenburg-Vorpommern stagnates and carries the red lantern with 0.9 percent.

"Digitization is in Hamburg Chief thing"

Where does it come from? "The political conditions are good, the Senate has set up a digital strategy and develops this continuously. And digitization is in Hamburg chief thing", Says Lena Flohre, Speaker Landespolitik in BITKOM. The Chief-Digital Officer is connected directly to the Senate Chancellery, creating innovative projects quickly and successfully driven successfully, such as the test field for autonomous driving in the Hamburg City.
